Application Process to Holy Cross of San Antonio
- Applicants need to take the Placement Exam.
- All students who take the Placement Exam will return for an Admissions Interview.
Students must have a current report card for the Admissions Interview.
- Holy Cross will request a recommendation from the applicant's current school.
- Holy Cross will send in writing the admissions decision very shortly after the Admission
Interview provided the current school has responded to the recommendation request.
- Students who are accepted to Holy Cross will return to Holy Cross for the Registration
Day at which time they will submit an application, review placement exam results, register
for classes and pay the registration fee.
- Students put into the Waiting Pool will be notified by telephone if an opening becomes
available. Waiting Pool decisions are made with the same criteria usually used for
admissions.
- Applications after April 1 will be dealt with on an individual basis provided space is
still avaliable.
- Transfer students are dealt with on an individual basis. Archdiocesan policy does not
usually allow Holy Cross to consider senior-year transfers.
