To complete our online re-enrollment process, you can access our ParentsWeb through your existing login. If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login listed below.
Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb Login

Please go to www.renweb.com.

Select Family Log In from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.

After the RenWeb Family Portal Login screen opens, please enter HCR-TX into the District Code field.

Click “Create new account”

Enter your email address as provided in your application to the school.

Click the Create Account button.

You will receive an email from RenWeb Customer Support containing a link that will allow you to create your username and password. For security purposes, the link will remain active for 6 hours.

Please click on the link. A Change/Create Password screen will open. Proceed to create a new username. Then type in your desired password into the Password Field and Confirm Fields, respectively.

Click on the Save Username and/or Password button.

Close the window.

Log into ParentsWeb
To Access ParentsWeb

Please go to www.renweb.com

Select Family Login from the menu bar and FACTS Family Portal from the drop-down menu.

After the RenWeb Family Portal Login screen opens, please enter HCR-TX into the District Code field.

Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.

After logging in, click on the Apply/Enroll button in the left menu.

Click on the Enrollment/Re-enrollment button.
The Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child/ren. The online process should take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.
You will be asked to fill out your tuition payment plan through FACTS as a part of the online re-enrollment packet. If you have any questions about setting up your FACTS payment, please contact the FACTS Support Team at 1-866-441-4637.
Fees & Deadlines

$55 - FACTS Payment processing fee per family (The charge will be processed within 14 days of the Business Office approval. An email notification will be sent from FACTS confirming the plan has been established.)

$40 - Grant/Aid Application Fee (This fee is only assessed if you apply and are interested in receiving aid from Hope for the future.)

$25 - Online Re-enrollment per child
